Declining inventory in a mild winter is a bit unsettling. We’re reaching the point where buyers can’t buy what is not available. How then can prices rise as we hope and pray?253 home for sale in Arrowhead Woods with 8000 residences may be missing the brass ring. Buyers are walking away, disappointed in the limited number of homes and choices.
On the other hand, have we come to Nirvana, a state of perfect happiness and peace, we’re here to stay? For Patsy and Bob, this is true. How about you?
