August Sales & Prices in Seller’s Market; Less Robust than year ago
August 2016, is slowing, with signs of flattening out. July prices were up1% year over year. Slipping a bit, August prices are down 2.7%. August is typically our highest sales month, so 34 homes is not the robust performance we are looking for.
