2017 has a dozen forecasts for the nation. In general, expectations are up, and we are optimistic for Lake Arrowhead, a vacation market. If we were standing at the betting window of Santa Anita Race Track, we’d be upbeat, excited, sure we have a winning ticket. Been there, done that.
