January 2015 had 29 sales keeping in step with December and maintaining the year long 2014 average of 30 homes per month. The median prices of $350,000 was a big jump from a slumped December, but consistent with the 2014 year average of $348,000. Arrowhead Woods held to a steady price per square foot of $171/ per SqFt.
Inventory dropped 8% in January from December, with some owners saying “Let’s take it off for the winter” … at this point, not a wise decision. But very advantageous for owners who continued listing against fewer competitors. In Arrowhead Woods and California inventory is low, missing the market upturn.
