Arrowhead Woods is on a roll. Home prices in the first quarter of 2015 have climbed 7% over the first quarter of 2014 to $347,500 from $325,000 a year ago.
There are 288 active listing in Arrowhead Woods. This is still a low inventory but up a solid 25% in the past few months. Day to day calls from homeowners give a strong impression of an upbeat listing market for 2015. An increase in Fed rates and impact on monthly loan payments is surely not lost on the undecided.
