In the early part of twelve months ago, 2015, Arrowhead Woods sold 13 homes under $200,000. Sellers had an aha moment, (saw the trend reading Lake Arrowhead Living) got smart, raised prices, and not one home is listed under two hundred thousand, now!
TOUGH ROAD FOR BUYERS? Arrowhead Woods homes are still a bargain compared to other resorts and most residential areas in Southern California.
