Arrowhead Woods November sales and prices are positive contributors to a gratifying year. Adding to our comfort level is the diminished shock we have been expecting from a Fed rate increase. The national housing conditions remain favorable but wobbly in the past few months. Consensus among economists is the Fed will have a modest impact on housing in 2016.
Charting the past 15 years (estimate for year end 2105), the new year may be a gift to Arrowhead Woods hesitant homeowners. Listings have dropped 8% in a single month, an unwise move if we have a mild winter. Buyers will keep coming if we are not buried in snow.
