$394,900 median price in December was the best month in 2015.
2015 SALES GRAND TOTAL ROSE BEYOND EXPECTATION IN ARROWHEAD WOODS;
Total sales in 2015, at 443 homes, is the highest sales year since 2005.
Annual median price in 2015 was $367,500, the top median price of any year since 2008.
LISTINGS BY YEAR END DROPPED TO 233 HOMES FOR SALE, LOWEST IN 12 YEARS.
The key to 2016 is listings. We have great momentum in sales and prices from 2015. The total inventory in January 2016 is 233 homes for sale with only 94 listings under $500,000, a fabulous sellers market.
Significant growth could be dependent on the 139 homes listed for sale over $500,000 to sustain the rate of growth experienced in 2015. The average unsold days on market for homes over $500,000 is now 325 days. Bridging the gap is the challenge.
