Lake Arrowhead Real Estate Prices Rise 9.2%

In December, 2018, Lake Arrowhead Real Estate Prices rose 9.2% over December a year ago . 30 homes were sold in Arrowhead Woods last month, nine less than a year ago. The average home size dropped from 2257 square feet a year ago to 1949 Sq /ft last month. Getting a good deal of attention is the ask / sell discount with sellers reducing their sell price by 7.8% vs 5.7% a year ago. The national economy for jobs, interest rates and wages are all looking very good. More stable that expected, mortgage rates are holding below 5%.
