Lake Arrowhead 2019 Median Price Up 18% at Mid-Year

Median is $435,000 vs 2018 year end of $368,000 for all Arrowhead Woods sales.

We are only a few days into the second half of 2019, but it looks like we are going to have weaker sales. At this moment sales are down almost 25% from a year ago as the national economy show signs of uncertainty in the real estate sales nationwide.
The smart shopper is picking carefully, even as prices rise; fewer sales, higher prices. Confusing? Yes. What to do? Watch the numbers here once or twice a week. Especially pay attention to new listings below, posted weekly, as the best homes sell first.
