July 2, 2019

Median is $435,000 vs 2018 year end of $368,000 for all Arrowhead Woods sales.

The smart shopper is picking carefully, even as prices rise; fewer sales, higher prices. Confusing? Yes. What to do? Watch the numbers here once or twice a week. Especially pay attention to new listings below, posted weekly, as the best homes sell first.
We're not here to write out the answer to the dilemma, but a phone call to Bob at 909-496-8200 might give you a specific answer.
