NO NEED FOR FEAR IN 2019... was our last title. Yet the ingredients for recovery and growth keeps moving sideways. Our own Arrowhead Woods illustrates the need for more listings. As spring rolls around in 2019, we may see a meager month-to-month uptick in sales and pricing, but any increase will be brief and shallow. The overall trend for the next couple of years will be downward as we head into the next recessionary period in 2020. per First Tuesday.
